With over 15 years in high-end outdoor retail in Denver, Vail, and Boston, Leo is a master bootfitter, professional ski tester, bike expert, and paddleboarding aficionado. 

Through a partnership with Rocky Mountain Getaways, Leo specializes in designing custom ski vacations to top destinations across Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, Lake Tahoe, Canada, and South America. With insider resort knowledge and a lifelong passion for the alpine lifestyle, Leo curates unforgettable mountain getaways tailored to every skier—from first-timers to seasoned pros.

As an elite tier gear tester and bootfitter, they’ve outfitted thousands of clients with the perfect ski gear and is a pioneer of bringing the in-store experience online. Leo offers equipment consultations and recommendations, purchase facilitation, and on-going client support, delivering solutions for everything from family-friendly mountain adventures to extreme mountaineering missions.

Beyond the ski slopes, Leo brings their expertise to the cycling world—helping riders find the perfect new or used bike and dial in their fit and accessories for maximum success.  Leo offers one-on-one in-person cycling experiences in the Denver and Boulder area for new recreational riders to find confidence in the saddle.  Additionally, Leo partners with Colorado History Rides,  a local non-profit, offering a series of rides at educating Colorado Bicycle Riders About the rich history of our State .
